Environmental Scan

This is my Environmental Scan Infographic that I completed for LIBS 658:  Knowledge Resources: Planning, Selecting, & Managing Collections. The infographic displays data from the Bedford Central Library located in Bedford, Virginia.The infographic presents institutional and community demographics, clearly illustrating the needs of the library and the Bedford public.This was an excellent assignment because as librarians, we need to have a clear picture of what our community’s needs are before we can dive into collection development.
